Returns, Refunds and Warranty

  1. Refunds:
    1. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of supply-only products, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in new and unused condition.
    2. Refund on products that have been reserved, ordered and ear marked for installation may not be possible. All cancellations will attract a restocking fee of up 25% (plus any freight charges incurred by TWD 4×4).
    3. Refund of deposits may not be possible depending on the amount associated with the abovementioned restocking fee. They will be treated on a case by case basis by TWD 4×4.
    4. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Please allow around 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  2. Returns:
    1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    2. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
    3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Installation Warranty:
    1. TWD 4×4 provides a 12-month installation warranty on workmanship from the date of installation.
    2. The installation warranty does not cover:
      1. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents post-installation.
      2. Issues related to the manufacturing defect of the product itself.
      3. Damages or malfunctions due to external environmental factors or third-party interference.
    3. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of installation and, if applicable, photos or evidence of the defect.
    4. To claim under the installation warranty, contact our customer service team with a detailed description and any supporting documentation.
  4. Exceptions:
    1. Special order items, custom products, or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective.
    2. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part.
